Youth Training Services & Programs
Elite 60-minute youth training in Indianapolis and Franklin Township, offering both personal and small-group sessions focused on speed, agility, strength, explosiveness, and overall athletic development.
SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING
Speed is more than just being the fastest kid on the field. It’s how quickly you accelerate, how well you change direction, how you control your body, and how fast you can react when the game changes. That’s what we work on.
Training includes acceleration, footwork, cutting, cone drills, ladder work, reaction, and body control. Athletes will be challenged to improve their movement, develop better habits, and learn how to use their athletic ability more effectively. I want them to understand what they’re doing, not just run through drills to get them done.
Every athlete has a different starting point, and the goal is to keep building from there. We work hard, correct mistakes, and push to get better. I want these kids to develop confidence in their ability, but also understand that confidence comes from putting in the work and seeing what they’re capable of doing.
The goal is to help athletes become quicker, more controlled, and more confident in competition, whether they’re trying to create separation, make someone miss, or close the gap on a play.
STRENGTH TRAINING
Strength is about more than how much weight you can lift. It’s learning how to control your body, move with purpose, become more physical, and build a foundation you can carry into your sport and everyday life.
My approach is to challenge athletes while teaching them the importance of proper technique, discipline, and consistency. Training focuses on developing strength, stability, coordination, explosiveness, and overall athletic ability through age-appropriate exercises and conditioning. The goal is to help athletes become stronger and more capable without losing sight of proper movement and long-term development.
I believe kids need to learn how to push themselves, take accountability, and understand that progress comes from the work they put in. I’m going to encourage them, correct them, and challenge them to do things they may not have thought they could do. But I’m also going to teach them why the details matter.
We’re building more than physical strength. We’re building confidence, work ethic, and the mindset to keep going when something gets difficult. Those qualities matter just as much outside of sports as they do on the field or court.
Football Skills Training
Football is a game of skill, discipline, physicality, and decision-making. Having athletic ability is a great start, but I want athletes to learn how to use that ability and understand the game. That’s where the details matter.
Training focuses on position-specific coaching, fundamentals, footwork, cutting, bag work, and developing the techniques needed to play the position. Whether an athlete is working on ball handling, movement, blocking fundamentals, route running, or defensive technique, the goal is to build better habits and a stronger understanding of their role on the field.
I don’t believe development is just about running drills or being the best player in your current league. I want athletes to be challenged, corrected, and pushed to reach a higher level. That means paying attention to the little things, learning from mistakes, and being willing to put in the work even when nobody is watching.
My job is to help each athlete build on their strengths while working on the areas that need improvement. I want them to play with confidence, compete with purpose, and understand that talent alone isn’t enough. Preparation, discipline, and accountability make a difference.
If you don’t, who gon’? That mindset is about taking responsibility for your own development. I’ll bring the coaching, the instruction, and the challenge. The athlete has to be willing to put in the work. The goal is to develop better football players who believe in themselves, understand their game, and are prepared for the next level of competition.
