PARENT INFORMATION

Everything Starts With Preparation.

At PDC Youth, we take training seriously. We ask our athletes to show up prepared, respect the process, and take responsibility for their development. Here’s what parents need to know before getting started.

Programs & Scheduling

Session Frequency

Training options include speed and agility, strength and athletic development, explosiveness, conditioning, football skills, and position-specific training.

Booking Windows

All sessions are scheduled in advance. Review package details, availability, and booking policies before purchasing. Payment is required according to the terms listed for your selected package.

Holiday Breaks

PDC Youth observes major holidays. Our schedule will be updated in the app ahead of any closures, and credits will be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting to cancel or reschedule. Changes depend on availability and the booking policies. Missed sessions and late cancellations may be forfeited in accordance with those policies.

If PDC Youth needs to cancel, or weather makes outdoor training unsafe, we will communicate with the parent or guardian to arrange the appropriate next steps.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be forfeited. Makeup sessions are offered based on availability and must be completed within the current training block to ensure consistent athletic development.

Parent & Guardian Responsibilities

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate contact information, communicating relevant health and safety concerns, and ensuring their athlete understands the expectations for participation.

Our goal is to keep training organized, purposeful, and focused on each athlete’s development.

Preparation. Discipline. Consistency.
If You Don’t, Who Gon’?
