Speed & Strength Training (Personal)
Push yourself past your limits.
Service Description
Our speed and strength training is built to help young athletes become faster, stronger, more explosive, and more confident in their movement. Athletes work through dynamic warm-ups, lower-body strength exercises, agility drills, and sprint mechanics, including wall drills, A-skips, jump lunges, and explosive starts. Every session challenges them to improve their footwork, coordination, balance, and acceleration while building the discipline and work ethic it takes to keep getting better. The goal is to build athletic ability that carries over to the football field and beyond.

Packages are designed to encourage consistent participation and must be used within the designated package period unless an extension is approved by PDC Youth. Packages do not automatically renew. Cancellations and Rescheduling At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or request a rescheduled session. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be forfeited. A parent or legal guardian must provide separate permission before an athlete’s image, video, name, or testimonial is used publicly or on social media.
